Was there for early breakfast before heading off to work. Nice quiet place with a hearty English breakfast.
I had Poached Eggs, which was very soft as I requested. My husband had a steak and egg, of which the steak was a very generous piece! We all enjoyed our food. But when it's sunny, sitting by the window is quite hot even when it's still quite chilly outside. Would recommend it.
One of my favourite places to have breakfast/brunch in the area. Very reasonably priced and food is always excellent quality and good portions. Service is always quick and super friendly.
We found this location while hunting for a full English breakfast. It was lucky that we did. It was not too busy for us to be seated at a table and we took advantage of the full English breakfast with unlimited tea refills. Food came quickly and was hot and well presented. Friendly owner and wait staff. Recommend it to everyone.
Been to Monty’s a few times now, usually for breakfast / brunch and the experience is always consistent: sat quickly, order taken promptly and great quality food for a very reasonable price. Only one time have we had an issue with the wrong food item being bought out, this was highlighted and was immediately put right, along with a refund for that item AND complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. Would thoroughly recommend Monty’s!
Absolutely delicious brunch. 1 full English with really great selection of great quality product. 1 pancakes which were so light, really tasty. Lovely coffee and lovely staff. Great menu, spoilt fir choice
Same as usual, great customer service from very accomodating Sebastian. :) Also food was lovely, and the place for itself is my favourite for breakfast. Don't change guys, because you are doing something right!:))) I love having space next to the window as you can switch off yourself and watch what is happening on the street. ;)
A lovely independent cafe with a good English breakfast. Friendly service. My only criticism was the sausages were too short. Lovely flavour. Too small.
